DocuMentality's aim is to create dialogue and collaborative change to the key mental health and well-being challenges currently facing the documentary community: filmmakers, crew, and participants.

Detroit Narrative Agency

Detroit Narrative Agency (DNA) was founded in 2015 with a primary focus on disrupting harmful narratives about Detroit. They now contribute to the growth of the film and media ecosystems in Detroit and globally.

Peace Is Loud

An organization that runs pro-bono impact campaigns, do consultations with filmmakers and participants to help integrate care into all aspects of filmmaking, and lead filmmaker impact workshops, Collective Lens.

Documentary Producers Alliance

The DPA is a diverse coalition of more than 300 international members and sets standards for inclusive, sustainable and equitable practices. They are currently working on an Ethics Resource Library, which will be a valuable tool for setting industry standards for more ethical filmmaking.
